Question

Anyone done it? I'm considering the 3-4 month.
How rigid a schedule is it in terms of nap times? I like to keep things flexible.
Boy is good as staying asleep / settling again when he wakes, but it's the putting him to sleep bit I'm struggling with. Currently nurse him to sleep every time and would like to try this whole "put them down drouzy but awake" thing, which seems like an urban legend to me 😂

We love her course. She is all about flexible schedule and living your life. She mainly advocates for at least 1 good nap in crib (usually the dust morning nap) and then just following wake windows the rest of the day.

I will sing her praises forever! Her classes have been great for us and buying the 3 to 4 month class really helped us teach her how to put herself to sleep. We struggled with that part of the newborn class but started using the 3 to 4 month class around 11 weeks and it didn’t take long for her to learn to put herself to sleep. We can put her in her crib awake for any nap or bedtime and she puts herself to sleep. Be aware that she does mention it is harder and may take longer for them to learn to put them self to sleep after the newborn stage.

It was only $35 so I got it but eh, for all the raving I’m not seeing much improvement. Mine nurses to sleep too or rocking so I guess that’s on me but the majority of the time he wakes up it’s gas or teething pains so going through her steps doesn’t help him.
