No newsyet on my 3 day embryo—what would you do?

So incredibly nervous. It could be there, it could be arrested, and I have NO idea. My doctor said they would leave it alone to develop and not check on it until later. But got a message from embryology saying it would be monitored daily and contact me if anything “unusual was observed”. Confusing but I’m thinking I got a default message, and since this is my only embryo there’s no reason to check on it and it’s safer to keep it undisturbed.

Have any of you had a similar situation? Do you think no news is good news? Per my doctor, I have the option to request an update, but SHOULD I? Conflicted. Help. 😩
