VBAC at 40 years
I have a question for those ladies who had a VBAC. Did you prepare yourself in a certain way. I'm in India where it's hard to get doulas or midwives. And most ob/gyn do not encourage a VBAC, if they feel one in not ready for it. Please tell me if you prepared yourself during the 9 months, and how. I would love to have a VBAC, but I don't know if I will be a good candidate for it.
