🤮🤮🤮 can’t stop puking please help

I have no insurance bc I’m waiting on Medicaid to go through....some ppl say 30-45 others say immediately but it’s been over a week now.

I’ve been puking non stop since 8 am it’s 4 pm now. It’s a struggle with an almost 3 yr old. What can I do? It first started out as just nauseous, I constantly felt like I had to puke but never did. Now my stomach starts cramping and i can tell I’m about to puke..every 20-30 minutes I’m only six weeks but it was never this bad with my first...not once.

ETA: regarding Medicaid won’t the dr office still want some kind of payment though?
