Fainting after IUD insertion

Hi I just got a kyleena inserted and it hurt so bad and I almost fainted while driving. I have the worst cramps in the world. 3 years ago i got skyla and it was so painless compared to this. Different doctors and with the skyla the doctor wanted me on my period and this time this doctor didn’t want me on my period idk if this is why. I’m in HUGE pain I feel like im dying literally, had to stop at a restaurant to lay in the restroom cause i felt like shit. My mom almost took me to the er but i changed my mind. What can I do? Currently using a heating pad i feel a bit better but still SEVERELY cramping. This is nothing like the first time i got it.
