Medications for a cold?

I was hoping to get through this pregnancy without getting sick, well I woke up today feeling like crap and sneezing the entire day. Doesn't feel like allergies.  Recommendations for safe meds?

I had a really bad upper respiratory infection. Besides the antibiotics my OB approved. She also said Tylenol, Benadryl, and plain Mucinex were all okay to take while pregnant.

Regular release Sudafed (the red ones) are good to take after 1st trimester. Saving me when my head wants to explode from congestion.

Is it ok to take 2 extra strength Tylenol?
