CD18 - 5mg Letrozole

I'm 3 dpo and am having cramping and mild pings of pain that somewhat reminds me of the swabs during a pap (if that makes any sense). I'm CD18 and dont usually have any cramping or anything at this point. Was on 5mg of Letrozole CD 3-7. Anyone else have this?
