Sex issues

Me and my husband took a break on sex for a while. Recently when we do, during is fine feels good. Now after I hurt and burn so bad for like 30-45 mins. We’ve both been checked for infections and were both clean. We usually use lube and that helps. But I’m hesitant to have sex because of the uncomfortableness after. And I feel bad because I LOVE having sex with him it’s amazing. But I’m so tired of the pain. It’s worse if he finishes inside me. Any ideas?? I’m also on Nuvaring and have been for over a year. I’ve never had this issue until the past couple of months.

Update: I’ve made an appointment at planned parenthood to talk to a doctor about my problem!
