I was in a car accident Tuesday which caused them 4-5 minutes after while I was in the hospital, but I've had them yesterday and today again😣

I agree, stay plenty hydrated and rest. I didn’t start having Braxton Hicks until about 33/34 weeks, but I also didn’t have a car wreck. A wreck could trigger things. If the contractions come at regular intervals and become progressively stronger, go to the hospital just to get checked out.
