Trying to say no to junk food....help!!
I’m 2 months postpartum and I’m trying to get into a workout and eating routine, but it’s super hard to not eat unhealthy when I have twin babies. I have almost no time and energy to cook right now with my babies requiring my so much attention. I have my boyfriend here but he works so much and then when he gets home he takes on the kids while I rest for a little while so I find myself eating microwave food and chips a lot
