Underweight?
Is this group also for people trying to maintain or gain weight? I’m autoimmune and currently on a very restrictive diet. I’ve lost 20 lbs in 2 months. I guess I had the weight to lose. But this week I’ve lost another 3 lbs. I’m doing my best to stay out of ketosis and checking my urine daily but sometimes I have to force food down and it’s mashed up like babyfood to begin with.
I have about 1 lb to lose before I’m medically underweight, though I have a big bone structure and thankfully don’t look that small. I’m 5’10” and 130 lbs.
More importantly I need to figure out how to up my intake of important nutrients. Does anyone have any advice? I can’t eat meat, soy, dairy, gluten, or nuts.
