Preeclampsia?

I've had a few appointments with high blood pressure. Yesterday they tested both arms left was 128/86 the other was 124/82 so it was back down. But my 24 hour urine test had almost 500 mg of protein in it. I have swelling, headaches,  nausea is back bad, and seeing those gray squiggly lines. But I didnt really receive a confirmation of if its preeclampsia or not...
Edit my previous appointments my blood pressure was 140/90 for 3 appointments.

The blood pressure isn’t high. That’s pretty normal but protein in your urine seems concerning

I was monitored at L&D yesterday after having an extreme high blood pressure at my dietician appt (I have GD)! 
Ran tests and monitored me for over two hours and all BP readings were normal.. no urine in protein but they did say pree can happen so fast. 
I’d be concerned with the other symptoms you’re having and the fact that there is protein in your urine.

BP isnt bad. Least compaired to mine but they havent found much protein. They will let you know for sure though. I have a my chart set up so I can check tests and message

Have they done any bloodwork? The protein seems high but your blood pressure is normal. 
My blood pressure keeps going up and down too. Its like one day its in the 140s/90s but the next day its back down to the 120s/70s. 
But ive only had a trace amount of protein in my urine, and my blood work has all come back good.

I didn’t have very high blood pressure when I got postpartum preeclampsia with my first, but they checked my liver enzymes and they were not good and I was admitted to the hospital and put on a mercury drip.

I went back in yesterday for a persistent headache and seeing spots. My blood pressure was 146/86 so she ended up diagnosing me with preeclampsia.

I’ve had literally the same thing! Was in L&D yesterday getting monitored. All my tests came back good. They said that nothing showed of preeclampsia but that that doesn’t mean that it’s starting! Said to just watch and monitor myself and if it gets worse to come into L&D. So I’d just monitor yourself but always always listen to your gut!
