Temp spike after ovulation ?
I had a few positives opk and a peak on the CD20. According to FF, Premom and Glow I ovulated on CD21. Comparing my bbt I really think it was on the CD22. And it was also the last day I had ovulation pain on my right side.
But I had a temp spike this morning. Does it change anything?
It is my first time temping 🤔
