Temp dip?? Not implantation... not luteal... help?
I've been tracking and learning about bbt charting and noticed obvious patterns over the last 6 months. I am almost always around 97.4°. I usually spike to 98.8° immediately after ovulation. I believe I ovulated 2 days ago but my temperature keeps dropping (lower than I've ever recorded). 97.2°, now 96.9°. Anyone know what this could mean??? Too late for implantation, too early to have luteal...🥶 maybe I never actually ovulated at all?
