UTI gone?

I took a UTI home test yesterday, as I had faint symptoms (light burning, peeing more frequently) and I wanted to see if the bacteria was still there. I had a UTI a month ago but was given lighter antibiotics due to being pregnant. The symptoms went away, but then after losing the baby and bleeding for a month, let’s just say down there hasn’t been feeling so great. Anyway, out of curiosity I took the home test and it tested half positive (only one of the squares turned purple). After taking the test though, the symptoms went away. It’s been like a day and a half now and all the symptoms are gone - so is the UTI still there or healed up?
