5 days late after spotting 10 days before missed period

We have been trying to conceive since December 2018. I got pregnant in January of 2019 and had a miscarriage at 9 weeks. I had two regular cycles after the miscarriage (29-30 days). Unfortunately. This cycle is really weird, I had spotting for 3 days two weeks ago. My period is late but no positive pregnancy test. Also, I tried opk during my ovulation week suggested by Glow but I never got a positive. Let me know if anyone can relate to my problem.

I just turned 30 and my husband is going to be 40 this year. I have been on birth control for most of my life and never had irregular cycles. Baby dust to all ladies here :)
