Pregnancy symptoms again

It’s been 7 days since I’ve stopped bleeding from my mc, 14 days since I’ve passed the sac from it as well, I was only 5 weeks, measuring 4. All my symptoms went away, completely and I had sex once I stopped having my usual old blood discharge, with was on the 5 and now some of my symptoms are back (sore nipples, a ton of heartburn, nausea, flu like symptoms as well, and a bit of pelvic pain not necessary horrible but like slight cramping, like while I was pregnant.

Could I be pregnant again? I know you’re fertile after a mc I’m just not sure
