Hi! I’ve been on the Xulane patch for about 3 years now and I already get the jits of the patch and the boundaries I push with it. But anyways this month I was 4 days late on a patch because I had to wait for a day off and the weekend to pass to go to my DR. To get re-prescribed with my patches so this isn’t the first time I was late I was also late last year by 5 days because I needed to re-prescribed again, but this time something different happened im on my Week 3 patch and everything has been normal... well yesterday I had sex with my boyfriend and immediately after when I used the restroom I saw SUPER light brown in the discharge. I didn’t think anything of it so I went on with my day, used the restroom again and more brownish light blood? Even LATER I showered and noticed still light brown blood and it just looks different. I know my period and the blood clumps that come out well this doesn’t look the same maybe I’m freaking out and over thinking but it’s not normal. I don’t start my period until NEXT week on my Patch Free week? Like I’m 7 days early?... last year when I was late and started my patch cycle over I didn’t spot or bled AT ALL so that’s why I’m kinda worried now because I was late less days and have been consistent with my patch for the 2 weeks and now its my 3rd and I’m bleeding exactly after sex? Like am I on a period? Am I spotting? And I’m okay!!? Lol I know when we had intercourse it has been a little while so it did hurt at first but then it was normal and fine. Please help if anyone has experienced the same?..
