Negative pregnancy test, but no period.

So my last period was May 25th. My husband and I decided to start trying and I stoped birth control around June 12th. I have been using ovulation strips and got a positive/high about a week after I stoped birth control (June 18-23) But here were are July 9th and I still have not started my period. But pregnancy tests were negative? I tried 3 different brands, but should I still wait a few more days and test again?
