Always hungry 3 month old

My daughter has been extremely gasy always crying and throwing up and always hungry we just switched her to a soy formula she’s not really pukeing anymore and seems less fussy but she still just wants to eat all the time but you can see and feel that her stomach is full and she’s still freaking out trying to eat her hands and doing the Idk the hungry face thing it’s hard to discribe but I give her between 5 to 8 oz over about an hour cause she takes awile to eat my doctor was the one that told me to keep feeding her till she’s satisfied because preemies tend to eat more to catch up but this seems a bit much any advice on what to do or anyone else dealing with this
