Is it possible I’m pregnant on IUD??

So lately I have been so fatigued I am a total morning person I don’t even need caffeine to wake up and I have been sleeping over 10 hours and still sleeping through 8 alarms in the morning and I feel like I’m going to fall asleep at work and even while driving it feels like. I went to my doctor about a week and a half ago and she made me pee in a cup and got blood work done which all came back normal she even checked my thyroid. Now almost two weeks later I’m still EXHAUSTED and now I’m nauseous. I also got a yeast infection 3 days ago and I’ve never gotten one before. I thought it would be highly unlikely since I have an IUD to get pregnant and wouldn’t they have been able to see if I was 2 weeks ago when I went in and peed in a cup? What else could cause all these symptoms?
