When do the pregnancy symptoms go away?

Long story short, I found out I was pregnant 3 days after my missed period, started spotting 1.5 weeks later (at approx 5 weeks 5 days), and here I am after the bleeding finally stopped on Sunday (in total bleeding took place between Wednesday - Sunday). I just had my doctor's appointment where he confirmed everything seemed to have passed, so no additional steps needed except for a couple of HCG tests. Such is life right? The worst part is that the symptoms are still there. My boobs are still sore, I pee every 45 minutes, and I still feel those little twinges in my uterus. For those who have experienced early miscarriage, how long until the symptoms subside?
