Leaking milk?

Baby was born 8/22/18 (10 months/ 2 weeks). I breastfed for the first 6 weeks and she has been bottle fed ever since. Tonight when I showered I had what appeared to be milk coming from just one breast. It was white and only came out when I put pressure on my breast. I had my period the last week of June so I shouldn’t be having signs of pregnancy yet if I were pregnant. I have been hanging around my friend who is still breastfeeding her 10 month old. Does anyone have any ideas?
