Can I let my baby sleep like this?

Question

My baby refuses to sleep on his back. Hes 7 weeks old and has slept on his tummy since the day we left the hospital otherwise he cries and cries and cries non stop.. He hates being swaddled, and wakes himself up on his back. Some times i can get him to fall asleep briefly on his back but only if in holding his feet. The moment i move he wakes up and cries.
I cant think of any reasons this could be dangerous?? It seems to be comforting him. The pillow is just kinda pushing his legs up a bit and curves around to his sides.

I'll get shit for it probably but my 1 year old sleeps with her own damn pillow. 😂 I used to sleep her in bed with me and when she moved to her crib if she didnt have one she would know it wake up and scream. Gave her a small barely thick pillow and a light pillowcase and now she sleeps fine.

Her daddy thought he was smart and took it once she was dead asleep and she was awake not even 5 minutes later standing up looking dead at him like "bitch where is it?" Until he gave it back then she laid back down drank some water and went back to sleep. 😒 I told him dont fuck with a girl and her comfort.

Mine has just started to sleep on his stomach he’s 5 months and he refuses to sleep without something to cuddle now that he’s a tummy sleeper I’ll let him cuddle a blanket but when he’s out I take it away slowly. But when he was younger he used to sleep on his boopy propped up.

I dont see the problem, its not near his face. But maybe he is having bad tummy pains? Both my boys had tummy issues and would only sleep on their stomachs, as the counter pressure helped it.

my oldest & my youngest were/are strictly belly sleepers. couldn't get them to sleep any other way. oldest is 8, youngest is 3 months. my others are 5, 4 & 18 months. everybody is just fine! 🙂 I also prefer sleeping on my belly, if it makes them comfy, they can move their heads & there's nothing around their face to block their breathing then I would say they're okay!

Ladies every single timw I roll over or adjust myswlf or my husband rolls and I wake up or even if my baby breaths heavily. I turn over and look to make sure hes breathing. I have become completely psychotic, compulsivly obsessed. Im so so so afraid of SIDS. I have been shamed and warned and judged by drs nurses family and people on the internet. I thinj this is postpartum anxiety
