Pregnant with twins and leg numbness at night at 8 weeks?!

I am 8 weeks plus one day today with fraternal twins! (Hooray!) For the last few nights, I wake up to either one or both of my legs completely asleep/numb and I have to walk around around for a while to get any relief. Is this normal?! It wakes me out of a dead sleep! Terrible! Any recommendations?!

I’ve got carpal tunnel that causes my fingertips to feel numb or have pins and needles but nothing in my legs yet. Did you have an idea you were going to be having twins? How exciting!

Have you guys had terrible morning sickness (that really just lasts all day) and strong food aversions?

I had this with my last pregnancy and already have it now but it’s my arms. I wake up with them asleep and I shake them around like a crazy person until it wakes up. Happen 3-5 times a night. So annoying!
