Do you always have bleeding in a ectopic pregnancy?

I’m terrified of a missed miscarriage or an ectopic pregnancy. I know neither one is super common but they do happen. If you’ve had either did you experience any bleeding or spotting beforehand?

I have had both and yes blooding with both. That said. Blooding doesn’t mean you are having that. I had some with my son and he a health two year old.  I have an aunt that had blooding her whole pregnancy.

I’ve had both and did experience spotting with both. I know it’s hard not to worry but with my current pregnancy I tried to maintain to mindset that in this moment everything is ok. Now I’m 35 weeks with a healthy baby. Good luck with your pregnancy!
