I should be scheduled next week for the procedure it will be inpatient because thats the only way they will cover it ;( i hate hospitals but i have been TTC for 6 years! And this is my time! 
Any tips on recovery healing after surgery?
How is the pain after? I have a high pain tolerance but i never had this kind of thing done before. Sorta nervous but im grateful!
And most importantly how long did it take to conceive?
I have PCOS! And hes wanting to check for endometriosis and also my tubes for blockage! I dont have cysts but ive had one once!! Im praying no blockage and if it is that it can be fixed with no issues!

Take gas relief medication for a few days and sleep propped up. You will has gas leftover in your body cavity. You sleep flat or on your side you will be in a world of hurt when you wake up. 
Supplement ibuprofen for pain meds and wean off of pain meds ASAP. 
Take it easy for the first day but by day 2-3 you need to be up and serving yourself. I went hiking day 6. I was so swollen and kind of sore (done with all meds by then). Just moving helped so much! Expect atleast 2 days on narcotics, 1-4 more days on ibuprofen. 
I had my HSG under anesthesia during my laparoscopy, too. I also had some endo excized (didnt know I had it), my ovaries drilled (the main reason I booked mine as I was severely polycystic and stim meds did not work for me), a D&C, and an impromptu appendectomy. I was swollen for about a month but started treatment again about two weeks post OP. A year and a few months later, still not pregnant and start IVF next month. 
Advice: drink lots of water, maintain your food intake, move around. Losing weight for me now is non existant. Luckily I was an avid gym goer prior to but I am even more now. Dont peel your bandages off, let them fall off on their own. Trust me. I have a nice scar because I'm impatient and kind if an idiot.
