Best foods for fighting Reactive Hypoglycaemia?? Tired of feeling like this and never knowing what will help or make it worse..
So I’ve had regular hypoglycaemia for a while.. but for the past few months it’s turned into Reactive Hypoglycaemia (where my blood sugar actually drops after I eat something)
before I would get low blood sugar, eat something that had sugar and it would help, now if I eat something sweet when having a reaction it’s gets like 10x worse. And sometimes even if I’m not having one sugar/sweets will cause a reaction to happen(and I’m not meaning like chocolate/candy type of sweets, literally anything with sugar in it.)
I’ve been hospitalized now twice because of it... praying it is just from pregnancy and goes away once this baby is born!
Its getting really exhausting every single morning waking up feeling like I’m going to pass out and now it’s more of a panicy feeling cause I don’t know what I can eat that will help and not make it worse. Ugh..has anyone else dealt with having this(REACTIVE Hypoglycaemia-not regular)? What are some good foods that help? Really need to get it under control:(
