Monday
Rice under orange pepper, tomato and green onion, cheese, and bacon wrapped sausage.
Tuesday
Rice bowl with avocado, green onion, tomato, sushi ginger and bean. A little salmon and this would be a poke bowl.
Wednesday
Lettuce and tomato salad topped with quinoa, celery, daikon, avocado and grilled chicken.
Thursday
Vegan teriyaki “meatballs” with rice, soy sauce, micro greens, carrots and celery.
Friday
Grilled chicken breast on a gluten free English muffin with baby carrots and grilled asparagus
Saturday
Ribs with baked beans and carrot slaw (packed separately) here it is on a plate:
Sunday
Clockwise from the waffles: chicken salad finger sandwiches on waffles with grapes, crackers with lettuce and hot cross bun flavoured cheese, crackers with cottage cheese and parsley, crackers with cottage cheese and Pinot Grigio jelly, and kielbasa with Mayo and parsley.
Bonus:
Falafel, bean salad and carrot sticks
Gluten free chicken nuggets, dip, and rice (with red pepper and Italian seasoning)
