Hey guys any advice

I'm about 6 weeks pregnant

My hcg levels are around 780 last time they checked

My progesterone went from 10 to 2

Dr saw a yolk sac on ultrasound

And told I'm spotting and light cramping

What can ya tell me am I about to lose my baby??
