Has diet change helped your PCOS symptoms?
I've recently been diagnosed with PCOS and have been advised to cut out carbs, sugar, and dairy to help my symptoms. I was told about 50% of the treatment for PCOS is from diet change. I'm struggling a lot with this diet, and it's so expensive to buy these kinds of groceries. I want to know if any of you have made these kinds to diet changes and if they've helped/are worth the effort. Thanks!
