I was in your position last year, I had just turned 18 and found out I was pregnant and I wanted an abortion but my man wanted to keep the baby. Even though my man would support me with whatever I decided. I decided to keep the baby but I knew deep down that I didn’t want to be a mother just yet. Throughout my entire pregnancy, I would cry everyday and started to feel depressed because i felt that it wasn’t what I wanted but I felt trapped with a baby that deep down I didn’t want. I love my baby more than anything now that she’s here but I didn’t feel like that at first, because of the shock that I was now someone’s mother. Ultimately, the decision is yours. Of course, you’re boyfriend should get a say because he’s the father but I dont think you should let others pressure you into keeping the baby if you really don’t want to.
