Rosemary oil
Hi everyone. I am currently 14 weeks 3 days pregnant and completely freaked out. I have a natural deodorant cream I just bought that I used for the first time, and realized it’s made with rosemary oil. After researching, rosemary oil is not safe during pregnancy and can cause uterine contractions. Has anyone had any experience with this?? I am so nervous. I immediately rinsed it from my skin when I realized but I know it can be absorbed.
