Help getting starting

Okay so I use to work out all the time in high school when I was doing no stop sports now for the last for years I have stoped! I really wanna get back on it but doing very simple and easy stuff since now my body aches from playing all the sports and then just stopping basically! I wanna lose weight and just feel good about myself again! Where do I start? How do I get back motivated? I don’t have any friends in town and so it all on me and it hard when Netflix and sleeping takes over! I do walks with my dog but it’s been hard to go on the in the summer with it being so hot and the closet place to safely walk has been taking over by geese......I wanna try at home stuff what videos or guideline to follow on things?! Sorry for the long message but any tips, guidance will be sooooooo appreciated
