Self punishment?

Question

What do you do when you need to punish yourself(for things like lying,talking back to people of authority, cussing, and being disrespectful) and are aware you did it, but have no one to punish you as you are single?

Answer

I bite my hand ...but that is just my feral side. I would bite a partner if they were able to handle the pain.( I do this when I feel overwhelmed with emotions and anxiety)

Even though I am a caretaker of a little I could not hurt such a kind and pure thing. So I hurt myself instead.
Note:  I do other thing but its more extreme and not healthy it's more of self harm then anything else. ... depression hits ya🥃🎩

I am getting better at not harming my self because my little she would get very scars. I could not live with my self if she cought me huring myself in the means of self harm.
 She and I have made a promise so I been 2 months with out hurting my self.i do it for her. I love her to much to break a promise.

Yet I can't stop my self from biting my hand and she understands. .it's changed to more of a playful thing now, but she has taken my hand away when i got to aggressive/stressed. It was bad I cussed  my hand to bleed(I have sharp teeth). she responded by putting her hand in my mouth. I snapped out of it as soon as she did that. She was crying because I hurt my self I hate when she cry's its feels like my soul is being ripped apart.

Sorry I don't know what got me to write this.it was going to be informative but I could not force my self to help you on the matter.

While I don’t do it for punishment necessarily...
I wear a latex corset tied too tight under my clothes all day, or secure a belt tightly just under my breasts around my ribs so it hurts to breathe in too hard. 
I mostly do things that would be considered making myself deliberately uncomfortable. But then again I also get off on it so...🤷🏻‍♀️
