Docs know you have sex and see that stuff all the time. They have seen baby’s pop out and many many things lol they don’t care I assure you. Doing infertility treatments and such they expect it heck mine says sex twice a week is a must lol

Just shower or douche.  Doctor's know what it's for, they have seen it all.
