SOS: Super sick 🤢

Hi ladies. I am 6w2d today and have been getting morning sickness since around 4 weeks. The last few days, I can’t even keep down water. I got some anti nausea meds from my doc yesterday and I throw up immediately when I take those too. IS THIS NORMAL? Should I be worried? What should I do???
