9 weeks 4 days possible miscarriage 😭

I’m freaking out I had a scan yesterday and everything looked great , heat rate 161 and tonight I’ve been having bleeding went to the hospital and could see a heart beat flutter on ultra sound , stopped bleeding at hospital and then had more red blood when I got home 😭😭 I’m soooo scared , dr said don’t assume the worst sometimes it’s normal for bleeding in early pregnancy but I can’t help but think I’m losing my baby 😫 anyone else had bleeding and went on to have normal pregnancy ?
