life changes ... help

So my boyfriend and I have been dating for about three months, but were “exclusively talking” since the middle of january before that, so essentially around 6. i am about to be a senior in college and he’s out of school, looking to move elsewhere and live in a new place. i’m basically up to move anywhere, and i see us lasting long term, but i’m scared to ask what he thinks of the future because i don’t want to think i’m “following” where he goes & centering my life around him. It would be different if i wasn’t starting fresh anyway.. but i am and i don’t see a point in not going to the same place when we’re both interested in the same cities. how do i address if when we haven’t been together that long, but would be by next may?
