Getting frustrated
I had an iud for about 8 years and had it taken out in January. This whole trying to figure out when I’m ovulating is getting so frustrating bc I don’t think I ovulate when my apps are saying I should. Should I make a dr appt or try a digital ovulation kit? Any advice 😩
