Anemia

Anyone else anemic? About a month ago when they did my sugar drink I was diagnosed with anemia. They gave me iron pills and they were making me feel like total crap so they told me to take it every other day. The last week or so I’ve been feeling weak and nauseous and just overall like complete crap. I had my appointment yesterday and before I even said anything my OB looked at me and said I looked pale and didn’t look good. So we talked about how I was feeling lately so they redrew my blood. I won’t hear back until Monday and she’s worried I’m more anemic than before. Has anyone been through this and what could happen? Im 33 weeks!
