Ingrown hair or herpes? Cropped pic.

So yesterday after shaving I noticed this hard bump between my but cheeks (sort of closer to my vagina). When I touched it, it didn’t hurt much at all. It just felt kinda hard.

I’ve been shaving my downstairs consistently every week for about 4 weeks now. But I’ve also been sexually active.

I just got an STD test for chlamydia/trich/gonnorhea and it came back all clear. But they didn‘t test me for herpes.

This picture is AFTER I messed with it/popped it a bit. That’s probably why its so red and irritated in pic. yellowish/clear liquid came out and blood. It wasn’t bloody or anything before this.

It doesn’t itch or anything just kinda hurts now when I touch it after I tried to pop it.
