Struggling
I cant pull myself together. My sister is in the early stages of labour and I'm about to have my first ivf appointment. I struggled when I found out she was pregnant and now I am even worse now its upon me. I'm trying to be happy but feel so so sad for myself and the struggle I'm having. I don't know how to get through it all.
