How to increase milk?

It’s been 2 weeks since my newborn is here and she had problems with breastfeeding so she’s been on formula for 2 weeks. I’m still waiting for my pump and I noticed that I stopped leaking 😭 I know that if you don’t actively breastfeed that you can dry out. Can someone help pls? Is there a way to increase milk supply?

Proper milk removal is key to increasing your supply. Not supplements, not bars or drinks. Removing all the milk, every time,  is gonna make your body think baby needs more. I suggest you get a haakaa along with your pump.

My biggest thing was I still pumped for a few minutes after I fed. 
It helps the flow. 
Drink LOTS OF WATER AND POWERADE 
Eat alot of oatmeal it helped me the most 
Look online with Walmart they have laceration snacks 
Encourage your baby as much as you can to get on your boob 
Multiple times a day do it to get her to latch but her having formula she might not want your boob 
I think walmart has a hand pump for $15-$20 ? Or go to the local wic office and ask them if you can have a hand pump 
Massage your boobs 
And I also heard heat on your boobs like warm wash cloths? I never tried but it’s worth a shot

If you’re not feeding the baby by breast then you will dry up. There is nothing you can do unless you pump or feed.

Heat might help to encourage your supply, also I agree with pumping....that way even if you aren't breastfeeding you can give it to the baby in a bottle ♥️

Try to express by hand if you’re baby won’t feed straight from the breast, see if you can find a YouTube tutorial if you’re finding it tricky. Good luck.

Without your pump it’s going to be hard.  Start putting baby to the breast at least every hour and see if you can start getting your supply back before your pump gets there.

Pump pump pump.. all the time keep pumping. Drink lots of water, make lactation cookies, do skin to skin, have her latch as much as possible, pump after she feeds even if nothing comes out

Put her on you and try to let her feed but she might prefer her formula and bottle now that she's been on it.
