increased appitie

my appetite has been through the roof, are usually do really well with portion control but lately I’ve been wanting to snack and eat extra and having specific cravings, I am worried because I just recently lost a lot of weight and I’m scared because I don’t want to gain it back but I am two days before my period. Does anyone else get really hungry and eat more before Your period. Is that a symptom or should I look into hunger control supplement. its also incredibly to fight temptation
