Aspartame
I have been doing some research on diet coke and pregnancy. Everything I read said aspartame has been proven safe for pregnancy. That it doesn't pass the sac and never reaches the fetus. Anyone else have any research that says something different?
Yes, I'm doing in depth reseach to support or talk me out of my diet decaf cokes lmao. I've been obsessed with them lately.
