Irregular periods and ovulation
Is there a way to track ovulation even if you have irregular periods? I have PCOS and my periods are SO irregular it’s ridiculous. So I’m not sure where to even start. My last period was April 21-26 and my periods last about 6 days on average if I do get one. (if that helps at all)😣 would taking an ovulation test still help?
