4 month sleep regression

FTM here with a 22w babe. Sleep has sucked for a while now. Naps are 31 mins long and she wakes every 2 hours to eat.

What should I look for to signal that the 4 month sleep regression is over? I guess my question is are we still in the regression after 5 weeks of it, or did it end a while back and this is just how crappy my baby’s new normal is? If it sounds like we are still in the regression, what can we expect once it’s over?
