I had my mirena removed after 4 years, 2 years ago. Despite that I have yet to get pregnant....I’ve gained about 30 pounds in those two years. I’ve been more active these past two years than I was the 4 years I had my iud. My eating habits could use some help, but not terrible. Only big change has been that the iud is gone and I’m on no other form of BC. Thyroid is within normal limits. Glucose and A1C are on higher end of normal but “normal” and yet I keep gaining. Am I the only one?
