Worried 😟 !

I recently just found out that I was expecting but I also recently found out that I have bv(a bacterial infection ) BEFORE I conceived and they prescribed me flagyl a 7 day oral treatment ! I read some post that say it’s safe to take but I also read posts that say it’s not especially in the 1st trimester ! Can anyone help me and tell me if you’ve had the same issue ! Idk if this is the group to discuss this in ! But I just need someone help ! Because I heard bv can cause miscarriages and I really don’t want that to happen to me !
